Prices of our products are subject to change; prices may change without any notification.

Cancellation Policy: 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please make sure all items ordered is correct in size and color, all wording or personalization is correct. 

Refund Policy:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send in all refund requests to nolaazdesigns@gmail.com

Shipping: 

TAT (turnaround time) 10-14 days, does not include weekends, holidays or shipping times

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.  As soon as your items are in possession of USPS, shipping time is in their hands. Contact your local post office with any questions.
